🔍 SIFT Desk Work a claim through the four SIFT moves — Stop, Investigate, Find better coverage, Trace to the source — then call the verdict: verified, misleading, out of context, or unverifiable. ⚖️ Bias Detector Read a short news snippet and name the slant — loaded words, a missing side, a spun headline. Sometimes the answer is "no slant — this is straight reporting."
