NashForge's adapted-DN-S cast (ages 15–18, realistic strategist personas — no mascots, per R-OLDER-TEEN-DN-ADAPTED) each embody one game-theory primitive: playing the best move regardless of the opponent (Dahlia, dominant strategy), finding the stable point neither side wants to leave (Elena, Nash equilibrium), the cooperate-vs-defect tension of the prisoner's dilemma (Cai + Dex), mirroring the last move across rounds (Tao, tit-for-tat), randomizing to stay unpredictable (Remy, mixed strategy), reading whether the pie is fixed or can grow (Zara, zero- vs non-zero-sum), reasoning from the end of the game tree back to now (Ines, backward induction), and designing rules so honesty wins (Auggie, mechanism design). Mentor Thalia sets a strategic goal, plays, and guides reflection.
