CalmCubs
When a feeling gets big, here's what you can do — gentle calm-down tools with Cozy the bear cub and friends, for grades 1–2.
#67C2BA Distributed-narrative cast
Meet the cast
CalmCubs is a little band of animal friends who share their calm-down tools — breathing, squeezing and letting go, and pausing. Cozy the bear cub is the hero; the cast are Cozy's friends who each know one tool. Big feelings are normal, every tool is a friend, and there's never a wrong way — and when a feeling is really big, you can always tell a grown-up you trust.
