How TempCheck works

A little check-in

TempCheck is about attunement — being tuned in to feelings, your own and other people's. In Temp-Check you can check in on your own (notice how you feel and where it shows up in your body), or take turns with a friend on one device: each of you says how you feel and guesses how the other feels, then you see how well you read each other. A missed read isn't a fail — it's a good reason to talk.

Read the signals

The Mood Meter builds a real skill: reading the two things your body signals — the energy (revved-up or slowed-down) and whether it feels pleasant or unpleasant — and placing them on a four-zone map. Every zone is okay to be in. Naming where you are is the whole point.

No timer, no losing, no wrong feelings

There is no clock and no score. All feelings are okay — there is no "right" temp. A skip is always a real choice. In the concept rounds a hint appears whenever you get stuck, and a wrong turn is met gently — mistakes are how this works.

Everything stays private

It all happens on this device. No accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Your progress and every check-in live in this browser's local storage and are never sent or shared anywhere — not even between two people playing Together (that check-in happens right on the one screen). Clear your browser data and it's gone.
