How RuptureRepair works
A rupture is normal — repair is the skill
Everyone hurts someone sometimes — a snap, a broken promise, a laugh that lands wrong. RuptureRepair starts from the idea that this is normal, and that what keeps friendships safe isn’t being perfect — it’s knowing how to mend. The whole app is built around one loop of five steps: notice the harm → own your part → name the impact → offer a repair → reconnect. You practice it until it’s yours.
The Repair Loop
A real, everyday rupture appears, and you walk all five steps in order — at each one, choosing the response that does that step’s job. The other choices are always caring too; they just belong to a different moment in the loop. That’s the skill: not just being sorry, but knowing what to do, and when.
No timer, no losing, no blame
A choice that doesn’t fit a step doesn’t “fail” you — it just doesn’t land yet, and you get a gentle nudge to look again. There’s no clock and nothing to lose. The Quiet Check-in is a private place to notice which step feels hardest for you and how your body feels — it never grades you, and nothing you feel there is saved.
Everything stays private

Meet the cast
RuptureRepair’s characters each carry one step of the loop, with illustrated chapters (and audio) on the cast page — stories that sit beside the practice, never in the middle of it.
