About DealTales Play
How it works
DealTales teaches contract bridge the way partners really learn it — as a conversation. You bid to tell your partner about your hand, then play the cards to win tricks.
- Bidding Conversation — count your hand and pick the opening call. The bidding is a shared language; each call means something.
- Card Table — a trick is in progress and you play last. Tap the card that wins it — follow the suit that was led, and trump when you’re out of it.
- Predict the Trick — guess who takes the trick, or whether a finesse works, before you see the answer. Making a prediction first is how the idea sticks — even a wrong guess helps.
- Concept kits — 16 short question rounds, from the deck and suits up to squeezes and slam judgment.
Our privacy promise
DealTales Play is free, works offline, and collects nothing. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no data ever leaves your device — your progress, level, and streak are saved only in this browser.
Mistakes are part of it
You never lose anything for a wrong try. Wrong answers get a gentle explanation, and a hint teaches you how to think it through. A wrong prediction is especially useful — it’s how bridge players get sharper.
